So, yesterday i was using my macro, i just got the razer basilisk v3 the day before that, until i recorded it and scrolled the wheel up and down, i assigned all the buttons correctly, and instead of it saying “Scroll up” or “Scroll down” it said “Scroll left” “Scroll right’.  I have tried

  1. Updating Synapse
  2. Reinstalling Synapse
  3. Updating mouse drivers
  4. Fixing mouse settings
  5. Taking a break from using the mouse.

Was the macro working fine before? Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the macro issue you're currently experiencing?
