Hi.I have Razer Basilisk Ultimate with Mouse Dock Chroma and Keyboard Huntsman Elite.Mouse and Keyboard installed but Mouse Dock Chroma have some error in synapse 4 - installation error.Dock work fine because I can still charge my mouse and RGB is lighting but in synapse 4 not working.If someone have solution it will be great is someone can share the solution.I reported this issue on customer service and they said that they will back to me between 24 - 48 hours.I switch back to synapse 3 and here everything work fine.Best regards.

It is for sure synapse 4error. They probably not included some drivers for dock or something in windows 11 blocking these drivers to be installed.I submit a ticket and waiting for response.You should do the same.
