Hi.
I have Razer Basilisk Ultimate with Mouse Dock Chroma and Keyboard Huntsman Elite.
Mouse and Keyboard installed but Mouse Dock Chroma have some error in synapse 4 - installation error.
Dock work fine because I can still charge my mouse and RGB is lighting but in synapse 4 not working.
If someone have solution it will be great is someone can share the solution.
I reported this issue on customer service and they said that they will back to me between 24 - 48 hours.
I switch back to synapse 3 and here everything work fine.

Razer Mouse Dock Chroma - Installation failure
I have the same error with synapse 4 worked fine with synapse 3 before.
I'm using the most recent viper ultimate drivers (through manual updater)
It is for sure synapse 4 error. They probably not included some drivers for dock or something in windows 11 blocking these drivers to be installed.
I submit a ticket and waiting for response.
You should do the same.

Check also if your mouse is on synapse 4 list. You can find the list in download section of synapse 4.

Support wrote that they pass case to software dev team. I need to wait 7 days.

Some problem here. Razer Mouse Dock Chroma - Installation failure in new Synapse 4. Retry button doesn’t work when I want to reinstall mouse dock.
Same problem with Synapse 4 and Razer Mouse Dock Chroma, no issues with Synapse 3.

I just installed Synapse 4 today. Both the viper ultimate and the dock installed correctly but Battery Level effect is not working. All the other quick effects are working correctly. It’s a bummer because having the battery level color on the dock is really helpful to me.

I had problems with v4 at first. It does not install the drivers of my 4 mouse docks properly. I also reinstalled v4 multiple times but it still did not work. I reverted back to to v3 and all of my mouse docks were detected. I reinstalled v4 but this time, i did not uninstall v3. It worked. All 4 mouse docks are in the dashboard of v4. Screenshot below as proof that it worked.
