I’m having a problem switching profiles on my mouse (Naga v2 pro) when I’m connected to my dock pro.
Everything works fine when I use an USB cable, but when I try switching profiles on wireless (2.4), Synapse is switching profiles alright, but my mouse is still “stuck” on the last profile (or even on default key mapping sometimes)

Any idea how to fix this? I’ve already tried to uninstall a bunch of times, with and without the chroma app but nothing worked…

edit / Solution:
I finally got it to work! If anyone needs this, here is what I’ve done:
- Uninstall Synapse 4 and completely wipe out files and registry entries with revo uninstaller (make a restore point before you do that, just in case something goes wrong)
- Restart pc and install Synapse 4 again (only Synapse, I didn’t bother with Chroma)
- Unpair dock and mouse
- Connect mouse with USB cable and perform factory reset on both the mouse and the dock
- Restart pc
- Pair the dock and the mouse again
I have no idea if there are extra steps but that’s what worked for me so… I hope it will be useful for someone out there!
