I bought the mouse one month ago and just today installed synapse 4 on my company laptop. All has to be done through IT people.
I am able to use the mouse, Synapse 4 recognize the mouse, I can use all the side buttons and they work as numerical pad.
I changed the light on synapse and it worked properly
I edited the side buttons functions but it does not work. I still get the numbers instead of the keyboard fuctions I gave it.
