Doesn't the Nommo V2 Pro have built-in THX? Do I have to buy it separately?

it has it built in but you have to buy the code to get the true sound its on a trial for a week in synapse

 

The Razer Synapse 3 & 4 has an integrated THX Spatial Audio, which offers a tailored spatial audio experience with the Synapse ecosystem. On the other hand, the standalone app provides THX Spatial Audio to any headphone or headset connected to our PC, which is versatile since you can do more audio tweaking, such as the preset EQ or manually adjusting the audio equalization to your liking.

Still no fix? Razer please sort it out

    Synapse 4 gives me intermittent connection on off on off. repeat. the sound goes on and off on repeat! on the Nommo V2 X. I uninstalled synapse and remove drivers then it gives stable connection and sound… 

    TLDR: Uninstall driver and synapse software then it works
