Razer Nommo v2 pro tab is blank

Synapse 4 after update issue with razer nommo v2 pro. Razer nommo v2 pro Tab is blank. Restart doesn’t help. Speakers working but can’t change the settings, light and etc. Anybody with same issue or similar?

Did you import Synapse 3 profiles by any chance?

No, not yet, should I? If the import Synapse 3 profiles will fix the problem I will do. All other devices work perfect without profile import. Let me know.

On the contrary - I thought it was caused by the import.

My friend and I are having the same problem with our kraken v3 pro headsets. The page for it is completely blank in Synapse 4. Did all the usual troubleshooting steps and contacted their support chat. Submitted logs and was told it will be escalated to the software engineers. Synapse 4 seem to be more web based so it shouldn’t be too hard for them to find the cause of the issue and fix it.

Now my Nommo v2 pro speakers tab is showing Loading and when I click on Loding Tab the Tab is showing Detecting Device? Any update on this? and still no Razer Synapse 4 update? unless I'm missing something. Again, speakers are working but I can’t change anything.

Mine started showing the blank page today. Thought maybe the control pod batteries were low. Nope, no difference. Tried changing the USB cable. No difference. Tried turning it off for a while then turning it on. No difference.

Does your subwoofer randomly disconnect too? Loses pairing.

I’m going to try deleting the appdata in Local and Roaming and see if it helps
