Razer sinapse

Hello, good morning! I use two Razer products: a Tartarus V2 keypad and a wireless Naga V2 mouse.
I had to restore my PC, and now Razer Synapse won't install.
The executable installs, but when I try to open the program, the startup bar appears and it fails to load. It might be a corrupted link, as I tried installing it on another laptop I own and encountered the same error.

Without Synapse, I cannot configure either peripheral.
I look forward to your reply.

Since it fails on two different laptops, you'd check whether Synapse 4 has a current installer issue. Try removing any leftover Synapse files, restarting the PC, and installing the latest version again. If it still gets stuck on the loading bar, Razer support may need to look into it.

First of all, thanks for the reply.
So, here’s the situation: I’ve already uninstalled all the Razer software components, but the error persists at the exact same point. Given that, I reformatted my PC—wiping the entire system and deleting all personal files to essentially restore it to its factory state—yet the error still occurs at that same stage. I try to install Synapse, but when it starts to open, the loading bar gets stuck at 0/255 KB; it doesn't load, and an "installation failure" message appears. Another detail I hadn't mentioned is that only Razer Synapse and Chroma fail to install; the other programs—like Cortex and Surround—install and open normally.
I look forward to hearing from you again.
