So a few days ago I switched to synapse 4 mainly to use snap tap on my keyboard, but after playing couple hours in overwatch 2 both my mouse (DeathAdder v2 Pro) and keyboard (BlackWidow v3 mini HS) get stuck on the input, mainly the keyboard tho. What I mean is that whenever I am spamming AD, the A or D input gets stuck, not the switch itself but just the input and it results into walking in the direction until I press the A or D key and it also gets mixed up with me being unable to spam my mouse button (it happens mainly during group fights, dont know if it is related somehow). Even after disabling snap tap the issue still persists, the only way how to get rid of this issue is by turning off synapse completely, but that means I wont be able to use snap tap but mainly my custom profiles, any suggestions on how to fix it?

Can you send me a PM with your Synapse logs which will help our team in their investigation? You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it. Please also include the serial number of your keyboard so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the input issue you're currently experiencing.
