Razer Synapse 4 keeps reseting my lighting to spectrum cycling and resets my THX to off

Question

I need some help please. when ever I restart or switch off my PC and turn it back on, my lighting has been reset to spectrum cycling and my THX is set to off instead of the on setting before shutting down. Strangely enough my keyboard maintains all settings. When I uninstall Synapse 4 and install 3 the headset settings work perfectly, except for some audio crackling every now and then.The headset is a Kraken V3

I have this same problem…synapse 4 keeps reverting settings on restart.
