Razer Synapse 4 Not Displaying Battery Percentage

I ran into an issue with Razer Synapse 4 not showing wireless battery percentage for 2 different wireless models. 

Both are listed as officially supported and backwards compatible with Synapse 3 and both had the same exact issue with no battery percentage displaying. I uninstalled Synapse 4 and reinstalled Synapse 3. BAM! I can now see all wireless mouse battery percentages. I attempted to troubleshoot with support but it took way too long to get valuable responses and I’m not interested in downloading a software log capture tool. Will check out Synapse 4 at a later date perhaps.

I thought I’d post this for anyone who has a similar problem as all of the threads I’ve seen are requesting PM’s and don’t show a resolution status or troubleshooting steps.

i am getting this too.  Reinstall is futile.  i replied to an older thread and they locked that thread.

Can confirm, also happening to me as well on the latest version of synapse 4, using an orochi v2. Tried restarting my laptop and reinstalling synapse but the issue still persists

in Snapse 4 if you right click on your device tab it will then show battery life in %

It’s supposed to show, but it doesn’t always show. Seeing the same issue with the Basilisk V3 Pro. Synapse 4 blows and seems to be in alpha/beta. It’s not ready for production.

Still not fixed? Mine shows -1% all the time.

Mine just shows the battery like capacity but not the number of percentage

Razer Atheris: -1% battery all the time.

Same problem with Razer Naga Pro, it always shows battery at 100% when connected over bluetooth. While Windows 11 is showing correct battery percentage in bluetooth tab. Also, when I connect over 2.4Ghz dongle, it shows correct battery percentage.

 

Razer please fix Synapse 4 because I mostly use bluetooth for normal and work use and its hard to find out when its about to run out of battery.

Razer deathadder v3 pro. Stopped showing the battery percentage. Was fine like couple of days ago. Tried restarting the system. Only uninstall\install helped.

Same here on my Deathadder v2. Been showing my battery as empty for a week now, I thought the rechargeable batteries(Duracell) were faulty, but it’s the software.

Same here with razer deathadder v2 x hyperspeed, razer support doesn’t even care about it
