Razer Synapse 4 on Windows 11

Razer Synapse 4 on Windows 11 is not working.

I did a clean install and while starting it is stuck at downloading.

Same for Razer Chroma.

Razer Synapse 4 is stuck at downloading 980/16 MB

Razer chroma is stuck at downloading 94/3 MB

Anybody faced issue like this.
