Hello! I connected my headphones wirelessly, and they're working. I can hear music and chat with friends. But the app keeps showing them as off, so I can't see the battery level or set them up. Could you tell me what the problem might be and how to fix it? Thanks in advance.
Razer Synapse 4 sees headphones as always turned off
I solved the problem myself. It wasn't mentioned anywhere, not on any forum or AI response, but I poked around on the Razer website and found my headphones. I found the drivers section and downloaded a special driver update program, RazerBarracuda_053C_0584_FirmwareUpdater. It turned out the firmware was indeed very outdated, and after the update, everything worked as expected. It's just strange that I couldn't do this directly through Synapse, and they didn't even mention it, even though it downloaded something for the headphones the first time I launched it. How I was supposed to find this out myself is unknown.
