Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue with my Razer USB Sound Card in Razer Synapse 4. When I connect the device, Synapse continuously shows "Updating" under the sound card, and it never finishes. Because of this, I’m unable to use the device properly.
I have already tried the following steps:

Restarted my PC

Reinstalled Razer Synapse 4

Tried different USB ports
None of these steps resolved the issue.
Could you please help me fix this problem?
