I just got the Razer Viper V3 Pro and when I try connecting it to Razer Synapse, it gets detected but it says that the device is powered off so I can’t fix the settings. What do I do to fix this? Thank you!

I am periodically experiencing this with my Naga V2 Hyperspeed mouse, as well. The only fix I’ve found is to exit Synapse entirely and restart it.
