‘ve few HDDs with rgb led, bought especially because of chroma synch

however, Seagate Toolkit doesn’t recognize Synapse 4

 

I’m 100% sure this is not my problem, as a customer I don’t care if Razer or Seagate or both are guilty in this situation, just want soft to work as intended. Razer promissed every Synapse 3 device will be available in Synapse 4, Seagate promissed that HDD I’ve bought will have Chroma active - mb razerteam can make some influence on Seagate softmakers?

    I have the same exact issue. Fresh windows install, I even tried going back to Synapse 3 and it does not work via Chroma Connect on there either anymore. I do not like to be negative, but Synapse 4 is an absolute trainwreck. I cannot even have my Siren V3 all one color, it bleeds into the keyboard keys no matter what I do in Chroma studio. I love Razer products (been buying them since the beginning) but am so frustrated I might just give them all away and go with a different brand. I am shocked by how poor this software is, it’s unbelievable.

    Have to give credit where credit is due. All issues with Synapse 4 have been fixed. Thanks Razer! You have a happy customer again. Will be looking at buying some new products soon.
