Synapse 3 was fine?

I can’t get synapse 4 or 3 to find my razr blackshark v2 pro. Idk what to do 

This headset is not Synapse compatible. You can use Razer Audio app on iOS or Android.

​@mcavoyva10 - for Blackshark V2 Pro do a clean Synapse reinstall with below steps:

1. Uninstall Synapse
2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
3. Then restart your PC
4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

So after I uninstall synapse, download it again, then use the tool, restart pc, then your saying I need to uninstall and reinstall synapse once again ? or Just after i restart my pc i should load up synapse ?
