So its been a week of not being able to use my Tartarus pro that I've had for over 2 years because of this D-pad bug… I assumed that my dpad went out from natural wear and tear when it first happened and I bought a whole new one just to plug it in and find out that it waant gonna work either and it was a software bug. I get things happen, but a week and no email to registeres users or announcement on the synapse page? I didnt need to spend another $140 right now but i wouldnt know that because you guys didnt say… ANYTHING. An entire week of not being able to comfortably game and no mass reaponse to the public? You guys are Razer… like a top pc tech contender and this is the response? Set of hoops for us to jump through that dont even fully fix the issue or dont fix it at all? Im not gonna lie I have an entire Razer setup. Mouse pad, mouse, keyboard, tartarus, chair, mic…. But if I have to fumble over my keyboard, hitting wrong buttons and relearn how to game without my Tartarus that ive been gaming on for years, ill begun the process of swapping all that out and never buy another Razer product again. This is beyond disrespectful and beyond pathetic from such a big company. At the very least let us re-download synapse 3 if were having issues until you fix the bug.
