Synapse 4 and Hanbo plus Keyboard Media control issues

This is another “will they have fix these bug?” post.

I have two major isisues with Synapse 4.
 

  1. Razer Hanbo does not detect the fans and shows 0 RPM for dan speed, and 0° C for my GPU temp
    • The fans on my razer Hanbo seem to just run at mac speed, and have no RGB lights on working
  2. If Synapse 4 is open, the media controls on my Huntsman Elite stop working
    • If I close synapse 4, media controls work again


      If anyone has any fixes for these issues, or work arounds, feel free to let me know

    I have the exact same problem.

    Synapse sees the device but cannot control anything on it.


    I cannot control the lighting either.

      Same problem. Working good only on Synapse 3

      I had the same problems with Hanbo on Synapse 4 (fans spinning really fast/loud and RPMs/temps not detecting). I went back to Synapse 3 because of it.
