Hello, after installing Razer Synapse 4 and uninstalling Synapse 3, I encountered an issue where the Chroma profile does not switch to the one set in the Linked Games tab/module when launching a game.
Have someone else encountered this problem or is that just me? And do you have solution for it?

I just reinstalled whole synapse and it started working, so if someone is looking for answer that’s it
Razer Synapse has a option to export your profile, please use that function and provide the resulting file

A known problem when you do an upgrade from Synapse 3.

Have you tried uninstalling Razer Synapse, deleting all files and then installing it again?
I should not have to uninstall and reinstall fora $150 mouse to work. This is a BASIC function. Its 2025 right? If it happens on two different machines, there is something in my setting or another program I am using that must have a conflict. Reinstalling will solve for a short time, but then go bad again. Razer is just bad bad software all around.
Fire everyone ever involved in the Synapse Software development and start over.
At this point, this might be the only real solution.
