I just bought the Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro 75%. After connecting it to my PC, Synapse gave me a popup for a new firmware update, which I applied to both the keyboard and the dongle. I then downloaded Synapse 4.
Now, I can’t change the lighting or the little screen on the keyboard, and the FN+CTRL combination doesn’t work. After trying various fixes and restarting my PC, I uninstalled Synapse 4 and reverted to Synapse 3. The keyboard works fine now, and I can change the lighting using FN+CTRL + number. However, Synapse 3 doesn’t recognize my keyboard. It only give a popup to download Synapse 4.
Interestingly, I had the same issue a week ago when I bought the Razer BlackWidow V4 full-size. The lighting didn’t work, and for some reason, the number 5 key was always blue. Because of that, I ended up returning it.
Does anyone know a solution? What can I do?
