Synapse 4 Chroma Addressable RGB controller will not save setting to turn off with display

I am unable to get the setting ‘When display is turned off’ to remain checked. I’ve tried to enable it within Synapse and Chroma sections but neither will retain the check mark. Once I click off the settings/lighting page the check mark disappears. Any suggestions or possible solutions?
