This is the 10000th time I install a new synapse 4 update. I use the provided migration tool to migrate my color profiles from Synapse 3 which works perfectly on my Razor 18 system.
However, as always, the migrated profiles simply cannot be loaded into the chroma app, so I have no way of restoring my Synapse 3 color profiles for my Mouse and Keyboard.
I am so disappointed with Razor. right now. None of my previous posts have been acknowledged.
Revertin to Synapse 3 once again where everything works perfectly.
