Not sure when this problem started, but it must have been within the last ~2 months.
Current Synapse version is 4.0.86.2505230700

Completely uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled Synapse already without any change.

I can create macros normally in the Macro module, but when attempting to assign a macro to a mouse button the entire Synapse screen apart from the top menu goes blank until pressing F5 to refresh the tab.
Currently unable to assign any macro to the mouse, severely limiting the product usage.
Sounds similar to what is reported in this other thread.

As soon as the MACRO selection dropdown box is clicked the entire screen goes blank

Not sure if related or not, but before I noticed this happening I created a macro that used the MOUSE MOVEMENT TRACKING feature set to ‘Screen (absolute position)’, which did cause an issue itself as the keystroke recording deleted itself before I could press the save button. When re-recording it everything worked normally and the macro was created successfully. I have deleted the macro to see if it was causing issues, but there was also no change and the screen still goes blank when attempting to select a macro to assign to a button.

This may have triggered some kind of crash and corruption that was not cleared on Synapse reinstall. I have tried to find the save location of Macros and Profiles locally on the disk, but could only find old threads on google pointing to C:\ProgramData\Razer, which only had some old macros and profiles from years ago (Synapse 3 imports?), and those are gone now after reinstalling.
