I’m inviting all to conversation about never ending list of bugs in Synapse 4.
Let’s open beers or more voltage alcohole like Razer DEV team and chat about issues with this app if we can call it an app.
So last time I spent more time on Synapse 4 fighting with lights and synchronization with MSI app and gear than on playing or doing something more productive. What I learned is that application working like trowing a dice, each clean installation generate different problem :) fixing one but giving you new one.
From what I notice there a 4 common issues:

Chroma app stopped turning on automatically with the system after login to windows account (to make lights on you need to turn on manually the Chroma app)

Sometimes there is an issue where you can’t add games to Synapse 4

I notice also when you have set profile with lights for some specific game keyboard (huntsman elite in my case) switch lights from profile to profile very slow, more than 20 seconds.

I also notice that sometimes profiles with effects on keyboard changes itself, in my case from desktop profile to pubg profile, also I notice that the lights on keyboard from time to time turn of for a second and go back again (one strobe)
The funnest thing in that whole topic is that support have only one solution for all problems - do a clean installation of synapse and chroma app, send us your logs, we will back to you in 48h and they back to writhe to you again that they will back to you in next 48h. It is not my business but Razer hire I don’t know 100 - 1000 people in support to tell you this one and only one solution. Easiest job ever I have to try to get a job there :)
Second funny thing is that they broke areas of synapse 4 and chroma app which were work perfectly. Maybe this is a way to keep your job, the manager comes and says, we are attacking the chroma app today and then we will fix it in 2 months.
Third funny thing is that Razer has no problem employing millions of people who tell you "do a fresh installation" but have no money for the application testing department? And they would also like to thank people on the forum for being free testers.
