I have a Deathstalker V2 and have Synapse 4 running in Windows 11. I have setup a couple extra profiles and specified a custom Static color to be used in each profile. I then assigned the profile to the onboard profile slots (red, green, blue, teal). The profiles appear to be created properly because when I shutdown Synapse, I can press the Fn+Menu key combination and the keyboard lights up to reflect the color-coded value of the profile that I switch to. However, the custom static color that I have defined in Synapse 4 for each profile does not get stored in the onboard profile. Instead, I just get the standard set of color/styles.
I see in the forum that many others have reported this, going back quite some time, but there is very little explanation or solutions. The online documentation specifically states that onboard profiles are effective even when Synapse is not running.
