The Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) headset I've been using for about a year is no longer working as it used to after I upgraded my computer to Windows 11.
Synapse 4 installs successfully and detects my headset, but none of the settings within the application (EQ, THX, Enhancement Mic settings, etc.) have any effect on the headset.
I'm very frustrated with this situation.
I haven't been able to find a solution. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app countless times. I've tried every method I can think of, but nothing works.
I sent an email about this issue, but no solution was provided.
I've been using them like this for a month now, and the headphones are currently very useless. Can anyone in authority suggest a solution?
