Hey all, Synapse 4 was working perfectly fine until I decided to give it a refresh by closing it from the system tray. I relaunched it, it automatically updated, and now my laptop (Razer Blade 16 2025) is not being detected. It’s listed as ‘disconnected’ under connected devices.
I have uninstalled it, repaired it, performed a windows update, and rebooted my laptop multiple times to no avail.
It seems like a random update to synapse caused this issue, since it was working perfectly fine until I restarted synapse. I use synapse for smart battery charging, etc, so I am kind of reliant on it working properly.
Coming here to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue.
