Does this happen to anyone else and has anyone found a solution?
I was having no issues with just my Naga V2 Hyperspeed mouse, but now that I've added a Deathstalker V2 keyboard, I find that Synapse frequently loses its connection with the mouse (as seen in the first screenshot). Then I restart Synapse and it regains the connection (second screenshot).
I'm using Bluetooth and the mouse still moves and clicks, but my macros and the application switching do not.
yes happens do me aswell with dongle no problem, but with bluetooth it connects disconnects all the time, i just used Bluetooth again because my Laptop i only used Dongle on PC no Problem i remember before i never had issues
I'm using Basilisk V3 pro and mouse dock pro, but I often get disconnected from synapse4 recently. When I installed it with synapse3, it doesn't seem to be a problem with synapse4.

Can you perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of your Synapse 4 by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number of your mouse so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
