Trying to install Synapse 3 or 4 on Windows 10 and every time it installs Cortex. I have downloaded several times and still installs Cortex not Synapse 3 or 4…….

Only solution is find a different manufacture.  I don't believe there is any tech support for this product….. If someone has any suggestions for different manufacture with better product and tech support I am open for suggestions. Wasted my money with razer
