Greetings! My Tartarus v3 pro was working fine yesterday, but today, it just literally stopped….
I think there was a windows upadate… so maybe it has something to do with that_ Please help!

Tartaris pro not working....
incidentlally, its alway very buggy…. Sometimes it doesnt work right away… I have to restart the game… etc. Not smooth at all.
I had that issue as well. What I did was unplug the Tartarus Pro, and replug it in.
Synapse is not a program with some ( or many) bugs, it is a bug with some programing.
I ended up going back to the significantly more stable Synapse 3.
Edit: Razer help were as much use as a teapot made from chocolate. By the time they answered, I had found the unplu, and plug the USB back in solution.

You are welcome. It was just one of many issues I had with Synapse 4, before calling it a day and returning to the safety of Synapse 3.
Well my tartarus pro is going back … it simply does not work with synapse 4, keeps disconnecting.
Just tested synapse 3, but the win keys are not seen by the tartarus PRO.
Still have my v2, no problems there with s4, and it also works with Lwin key as extra modifier..
This is a must have for my flight sim DCS.
