Tartarus Pro, dont work button with synapse 4

Installed Synapse 4. The Alt button stopped working (round over the stick). The installed macros are not launched, it does not respond to clicks.

no problem with Synapse 3.

 

upd . The problem was solved by rebooting and transferring USB
