The custom equalizer isn't working, no matter how I configure it.
I’ve reinstalled the app and removed the drivers—both manually and using your Razer driver removal utility.
THX isn't working either; toggling the slider has no effect. I’ve tried every setting in the audio properties.

+1This was the issue in the past for other headsets like older Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 - probably the est way is to submit a ticket (bug report) via Synapse app by clicking your avatar icon in Synapse → Feedback → Customer support / report bug.
yes, just realized that the EQ doesnt work on my Blade 18 2025, again… yes, they fixed it a few months ago with softwares update

oh… shix, just had to update the MCU firmware, now its working
