Volume control roll bar and multimedia keys don't work properly

I've been having the same exact problem for months! I've tried tons of fixes online and I could not find the solution. My issue was that when Synapse 4 was running, my volume dial would not work. It would work fine when Synapse 4 was not running, but as soon as synapse 4 detected the keyboard it would stop, all other multifunction keys would work, just the dial would stop.

FIX: So my fix was quiet simple. I changed USB ports, which turned the dial from having no input, into a scroll wheel. Then after that, I went into device manager, and uninstalled the Huntsman V3 Pro device from the list. After that, it came back. working perfectly, synapse 4, chroma, and cortex all running, able to change the function and use it completely
