Hello, I recently purchased a new Naga V2 HyperSpeed and I think I'm having a problem with Synapse. The Windows shortcut for increasing and decreasing screen brightness only works when I plug in the dongle. I don't have this problem with other shortcuts. Can you help me? thanks :)
