Bug: Razer - Basilisk V3 Pro Optical Gaming Mouse

Sinboy5o4

First, thank you for finally bringing this to Mac—I’ve been waiting for this for ages!

I'm using the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro Optical Gaming Mouse, and I've noticed an issue where, when I left and right click simultaneously, the cursor disappears. The right-click menu will show up, I can only scroll up and down, and if I left-click, the menu exits and the cursor returns.

I first noticed this in a game where I use both clicks to run while moving the camera with the mouse. This bug locks my screen, making it difficult to navigate other areas if I’m not paying attention.

Has anyone else experienced this, or is there a setting I should check? I also noticed that the issue is especially sensitive when connected via Bluetooth.

This was tested in World of Warcraft. I also used a 3rd party mouse, and tried to replicate it and couldn’t. Swapped back to the V3, an was able to replicate it multiple times on command.

Hello Sinboy5o4,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I understand that you’re experiencing a bug with your Razer Basilisk V3 Pro on Mac. Could you confirm whether you are also using Windows OS alongside your Mac? To isolate the problem, kindly test the mouse on a different Mac or Windows device to see if the issue persists.
