Hutsman v3 pro tkl not recognized in MAC

Hi Support Team,

I am a MAC user, and the system runs MacOS 26.1

My Hutsman v3 TKL is a German version. When I connect the keyboard to my MAC Mini M4, it can only be used as a “normal” US keyboard. In the MAC OS system setting, the keyboard is not recognized as “Razer Hutman v3 Pro TKL”. 

In Synapse app, the keyboard is not recognized either.

    I am having the same issue. I have a Spanish huntsman v3X TKL P/NO (RZ03-05021700-R311) and it does not get recognized by MAC. It works but not fully as some keys are not recognized. Tried resetting the mac, deleting the keyboard configuration and starting the identification again but yet it does not get recognized. The only way I have for it to work is by installing some software like Karabiner-Elements so I can modify keys manually.
