Naga V2 Pro unstable on 2.4 Ghz connection

Since installing Synapse for Mac, my Naga V2 Pro is experiencing intermittent disconnects over 2.4 that it did not have before Synapse for Mac.

    Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? By the way, were you able to update its firmware using a Windows PC? Let me know via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and for proper documentation.
