Now, there was first no Mac support for Synapse 4 which is needed for newer Razer mice, and now there is, but only for Silicon Mac’s?

While I really love the Razor mices for our sound studios (no gaming), I think we will have to move away from Razer completely. Especially professional studios will always “lack behind” in regards of the newest CPU generations due to incompatibility of plugins and older projects, this is why many still have Intel based Macs.

Please add support for the Laptop Cooling Pad.

I got the v3 basilisk pro and it works fine over the usb dongle but its TERRIBLE over bluetooth. And its not the lower polling rate which is to be expected. It lags and slows down randomly. Compared to my cheap amazon tecknet mouse it runs way worse. How tf is this even possible?

Also the mouse wheel keeps freaking out on bt.

You didnt even update the app since july

Hi and thanks for the initial Mac support.

I have a Viper V3 Pro.

It will not charge and the dongle has no light on it.

How to update firmware on this software as I can’t see anyway to do this?

The only way I can use this mouse at the minute is wired via USB-C…..

I trouble shooted everything including cleaning, reset, Air clean of ports and sensor absolutely everything yet nothing fixes it….

Only thging left to try is firmware update which isn’t in the synapse app?

If you can assist it would be great!

Cheers

Do Razer game controllers support Apple Silicon MacBooks? Is Bluetooth connectivity supported? For example, the DualSense controller works perfectly over Bluetooth on macOS—are Razer controllers incompatible with macOS?

Wolverine v3 Pro 8K PC does not offer a bluetooth connection and connection over cable or dongle does not work.

The DualSense does indeed work (I use it myself as well) and so, I’d imagine the other Razer controllers that offer bluetooth connection might work, at least basic functionalities.

Looking forward though to having my Wolverine v3 Pro 8K PC fully supported on Razer Synapse for MacOS!

Installed the latest version of Synapse/Chroma on my MacBook Air M2 and connected my Razer Goliathus Chroma extended mouse mat via a USB to USB C connector and it does not recognise it (it lights up and provides power). There are no USB connectors on MacBooks so wonder if this is the issue or there is another way to connect it, so it recognises the mouse mat? I just want to change the colours so it matches my Razer Wolverine and Razer headset.. thanks

Check against the list of supported devices: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14809

So it does not look like your mouse is supported by Synapse, regardless of how you connected it.

Is there really no roadmap or something, to let us know whether it is planned to add support for the devices currently on the market? I‘m disappointed that nobody (including me) seems to get answers regarding future Mac Support for their stuff.

First I was happy about Razer‘s Mac ambitions, but now, to me, it doesn‘t seem to be taken very seriously anymore.

Hi)
Is there any plans to add support of Razer Nommo v2?
