Some of my Razer products not supported

DarkWitcher_01

Hey everyone,

First off, big thanks to the Razer team for finally bringing Synapse to macOS.

I recently bought several Razer products, but I just realized that not all of them are currently supported in the Synapse for macOS. Here’s what I’m using on my setup:

MacBook Pro M3 (macOS 15.5)

Kiyo Pro Webcam (RZ19-0364)

Seiren V3 Chroma (RZ19-0506)

Goliathus Chroma Extended Mousepad (RZ02-025003)

BlackShark V2 X (RZ04-0324)

Basilisk V3 Mouse (RZ01-04000)

BlackWidow V4 Keyboard (RZ03-0469)

I really hope these devices will be supported very soon as well.

Thanks.

They’ll probably be added in next versions, so I’d not worry about this. Basically it’ll support all the devices that windows Synapse 4 is supporting.

After 14 years, my Naga Pro finally quit working with the newest Mac OS (on Synapse v2--would no longer recognize my mouse), plus the left-click button was getting physically wonky.  So I bought a Naga V2 Pro and it’s working nicely.  But here’s the rub:

I am on an iMac 2020 intel i9 running Sequoia OS 15.4.1, and I game mostly via BootCamp and Win10.  There is where the Naga V2 Pro is working.

But on the Mac OS side, Synapse v4 doesn’t run, I tried it, because my mac is not a silicon mac.  Ditto for Synapse 3, is what I understand (didn’t try it).  I had already uninstalled my old Synapse v2.

So, I downloaded and installed Synapse v2 (1.87, which immediately got updated to 1.88.20), but it won’t recognize my Naga V2 Pro (by Razer 2.4 GHz wireless or by Bluetooth).  HOWEVER, as I had already configured my Naga V2 Pro on Win10 , I connected my mouse via Bluetooth and it connected to the mac (still not to Synapse) and it works on my Mac and the button configurations are working with my assigned keys (no macros attempted, just keyboard and keypad single strokes, such as Keypad*, 3, U, V, tab).

So it looks like you can configure your Naga V2 Pro on the Windows side and it will carry over to the Mac side, at least for the intel Mac including with Sequoia OS via Bluetooth.

It would be nice if I could get an updated Synapse that works on intel and lets me configure my mouse for Mac gaming without the windows workaround.
