Hello, I’d recently purchased a Blade 15 2023 OLED model that included a $200 Razer Store gift card in the offer. It says on the order status that the card key was delivered via email, but I have never received any email containing the coupon key since the day I placed my order. It’s been few days since the laptop itself was delivered to me but still no sign of the gift card. I’ve checked my email inbox thoroughly, including spam emails and trash, so any assistance would be appreciated. I’ve tried to leave a case on the support contacts but the website wasn’t detecting my Order Number for some reason, so I’m making this thread with my order number instead: #RZUSWP1000001495407. Hello, my name is Mr. Seeker. I was wondering if it was possible to open a Razer store as a franchise, if it needed to be approved by the company, or if it could be opened in any of these cities. I find it annoying that you have to travel across the border to visit a store, and I would really like to see one instead of buying online because that would increase revenue for the company and remember, there are a lot of gamers and YouTubers in Canada. we aren’t a small country what paperwork is needed

I was just about to buy something from razer so I just signed up for razer and to get emails and stuff by them and it said I would get a 15$ promo code so I did it but I didn't get the promo code or I just cant find it. I looked in my emails, the update page and even in the checkout to see if anything was there. turns out there wasn't and I don't wanna spend 209$ on some earbuds when I don't have to. It said in the email: Final step...Verify your Razer subscription now and you’ll receive another confirmation email.Yes, Verify my emailso I did it. It took me to the messages page to update that to let me get the promo so I ticked every box and pressed update. after that I went everywhere to see if I got the promo but I could not find it. Any Ideas?

I bought a headset, so I registered it to receive my activation code, I enter it in the application, but it displays an error message telling me that the code I entered is not valid, is this normal? What can I do to change this?
