2 months already, and Synapse is still completely broken. I can confidently say that it wasn't just our imagination, it is now an obvious fact that all the engineers left Razer a long time ago and what remains working there now is at best a bunch of completely incompetent imbeciles, most likely all development is currently being done using AI tools, and most likely to save money they aren't using the most capable models. I have no other explanation for how one could break previously working software (janky, crooked, but at least functional), break it completely, and be unable to fix it for two months. If something was working and then stopped - usually you compare the difference between commits. But, judging by everything, it's complete vibecoding over there now. RIP Razer.

Well done Razer. You fixed the issue with the mute button turning the input to 0 on a previous update, and now the issue is back again with this update.

Only way to fix it was to completely uninstall Synapse AND Chroma.

Using a BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed.
