I had recently bought the Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed off Amazon using a $50 to cut down the price. Well after like a week of use the mouse started to disconnect from the PC and reconnect while I used the 2.4 GHz USB receiver. I posted about it on r/Razer and the support was quick to help me. I could tell they were trying their absolute best to fix it and I appreciate it a lot because I really didn’t wanna return it because I had used that $50 Amazon gift card and I don’t think they refund those. So thank you so much Razer for all the help. The Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed has got to be the best mouse I’ve ever used. I had also bought the Razer BlackWidow Lite TKL Keyboard from Amazon and it has been life-changing being able to have so many customization options right at my fingertips.
