My Basilisk Ultimate started having what I assume to be battery issues, so I contacted Razer to receive a replacement as it was still in warranty. They reached back out very quickly and offered the V3 Pro, as the Ultimate is no longer in production.

 

This is already a substantial upgrade, but I had purchased the Ultimate with the mouse dock, so I asked if the V3 Pro equivalent could be included, not expecting a yes.

Not only did they provide the mouse dock, but also provided a shipping label, making it completely free to get a huge upgrade in mouse quality. All within a couple weeks. Not mad whatsoever about the original one breaking, especially since I had used it so often with it being reliable up until that point.

 

Thank you to the Razer support team, yet another reason I will continue to go with Razer.
