Hello.
I had troubles with my kids new product, Kraken earphones. I went to customer service on Twitter.
they replied in some time. Must say very fast response for such a big company.
After our fails they did the best job to help US (Me and my Kido) .
I want to say : THANK YOU RAZER SUPPORT , You made my kid happy. I wish more brands would have such good
support and understanding the human errors while being patient in waiting.
