I petitioned aid on Twitter but never got a response so, a while later I sent a message to the Razer team on Facebook. They responded within just a few hours (on a late sunday/early monday morning at that.) They were prompt and clear and gave me many avenues of trouble shooting to help me get my Kraken v3 pro wireless back to working order despite it’s warranty expiring a year or so ago.
While they were able to help resolve some problems, like my crackling audio wheel, it seems that there are just hardware issues that cant be fixed on my end, which is no fault to them, they really did try.
I hope the team can process a replacement but I understand that it might not happen. But either way, people can say bad things about Razer but from the products to support, they are quality in my book!
