Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Jenelyn from customer support she was honestly amazing. I needed a replacement battery for my laptop and had no idea where to even start. She was super helpful, answered all my questions without making me feel dumb, and walked me through the whole process.

She even followed up to make sure everything went smoothly, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to get that kind of support these days, so props to her for making the whole thing way less stressful than I expected.
