I just want to give a shoutout to Jude from the Razer Support Team.

In a nutshell, I bought a Razer product directly but unfortunately the product was faulty. At first I was upset but thanks to Jude being able to empathize my situation and help me resolve as fast as possible, I was happy with the purchase again.
