Just want to thank you RAZER customer support team! I struggled with the product I bought from the outside dealer and the staff are being very kind and helpful. Now I had returned the product and everything is sorted. The reason I’m planning to go get another RAZER product(of course, now, from trustable store) is definitely because the service is amazing.
