Happy w/ Reddit Support | Razer Insider

I don’t think I’m being controversial by saying that in the modern age of offshore call centers and AI chatbots that getting timely and genuine customer support is becoming increasingly rare.  I own 3 Razer peripherals and 1 piece of Razer merch so sure I’m a Razer fanboy.  The products are far from perfect and, yes, Synapse frustrates me on a regular basis but for the most part my Razer experience is what I need when I need it.  So when my usb-c cables began dropping loosely from my headset I was skeptical about turning to the subreddit for customer support.  I’m old school so traditionally I’ll seek assistance thru a website form or e-mail contact.

I was pleasantly surprised when my back and forth messages detailing my issue to RazerCustAdvocacy garnered replies from Archie B., Jeff L., and Eva M. in an extremely timely manner.  At no point did I feel like I was having to re-tread previous replies and I felt like I was making progress thru the customer support system every step of the way. This should be more commonplace when seeking help from other big corporations but it’s not and so I felt this stand-out service deserved some recognition.
